About Us:
Flagship Renal and Management is a family owned and operated property management that started back in 1983. We provide full service residential and commercial property management. From services for a single rental property to large apartment/condominium buildings our office staff will be able to assist you and work with you to ensure you that your property is in compliance with State regulations. Flagship goes much further than simply collecting rent payments/condo dues on your behalf. We will also schedule repairs when needed with our in office maintenance professional or with a 3rd party vendor, coordinate inspectors, and when necessary, perform evictions in accordance with current law officers.
